Send us photos of new listings, just sold, open houses and we will place into a template and post for you. Additional fee, depending on how often you'd like us to do this. It's best to post a variety to your page, so that is what you'll see in this group. Tips, motivational quotes, holidays, humorous posts, GIF responses, fill-in-the-blank, and Q&A. We mix it up! Our goal is to engage your client/follower base and help create an online presence for you and a community for them. We've been doing this for years for franchisees. We've got a great system down. And they LOVE it!
PAYMENT TERMS
We'll send you an invoice to your email for your first month. Once that is paid, we'll set you up on auto invoices for each month. A card must be on file with Square in order to do this. Makes it simple for you as well! Just let us know prior to the last business day of the month if you choose to no longer continue. No contracts!

Pinecrest Marketing, Inc. holds the copyright to all designs, unless we sign a written agreement giving copyright ownership to the client. You pay for usage rights to use on any of our images on your social media pages, emails, texts, etc. If others not in the group are sharing/using the images, please notify us.
